Our Business Philosophy
Most all of David's current clients come from personal/professional referrals.
His purpose in working with them is satisfying their immediate Real Estate need. Instead of considering your
home or home search as a potential source of other clients, he is fixed on representing only your interests in your
transaction. Although permitted to do so by State Law, David Jones Real Estate never engages in Dual Agency.
Our Market Area
David has helped clients buy or sell homes in New Haven, Middlesex, Fairfield
and New London Counties. Most of his listings have been along the shoreline towns East of New Haven to the Connecticut
River. If he is not in the position to be your best advocate in a particular location he has the ability to connect you with
a great agent in every market area in the State of Connecticut.

David's Real Estate Background
David got his salesperson license in 1988 when his mother established
her own firm, Pat Jones Real Estate, in Madision, CT. After his mother's retirement he spent five years as
an agent and office manager with one of the state's largest firms, Since 2003 David Jones Real Estate has been located
in Guilford on the Boston Post Road (US Route 1). In addition to Brokerage and Educational Services, David Jones provides
valuation services to national employee relocation companies, other real estate agents and their clients, attorney's clients
in probate, divorce, land development, litigation matters and tax revaluation appeals as a Certified Residential Appraiser.
